Per questo i controlli sono diventati molto severi \u2014 soprattutto in Francia e Germania.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Quando sei considerato \u201cproduttore\u201d agli occhi di eBay<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una delle domande pi\u00f9 frequenti \u00e8:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cMa io non sono un produttore, perch\u00e9 dovrei registrarmi all\u2019EPR?\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per eBay (e per la normativa europea) <\/span><b>\u201cproduttore\u201d non significa chi fabbrica il prodotto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ma chi lo introduce per primo nel Paese.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sei considerato produttore EPR quando:<\/span><\/p><h4><b>\u2714 Spedisci da un altro Paese verso Francia, Germania o Spagna<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esempio: vendi dall\u2019Italia verso la Germania \u2192 sei considerato importatore \u2192 ti serve il numero EPR.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>\u2714 Hai una private label (brand tuo)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In questo caso sei produttore di default.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>\u2714 Importi merce dalla Cina o da Paesi extra-UE<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche se non la produci, la introduci tu nel mercato UE \u2192 sei
