Service availability and execution time<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2746\">All services offered on the website are available and can be contracted from anywhere in the world. Payment and invoicing<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"3042\">Payment may be made by <strong data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"2905\">debit\/credit card<\/strong> (American Express, Mastercard or Visa). The transaction is carried out directly with the banking entity via <strong data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3024\">Stripe<\/strong> payment gateways.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3044\" data-end=\"3159\">* <strong data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3074\">MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L.<\/strong> does not have access to your card details. All our payment systems are fully secure.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3161\" data-end=\"3298\"><strong data-start=\"3161\" data-end=\"3182\">SEPA Direct Debit<\/strong> is also accepted. To do so, the client must authorise <strong data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3274\">MUAYTAX (Muay Tax Advisors, S.L.)<\/strong> to collect the payment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3300\" data-end=\"3544\">Monthly payments will be charged <strong data-start=\"3333\" data-end=\"3391\">periodically and recurrently on the 25th of each month<\/strong>, as a prepayment for services to be provided the following month. Annual payments are charged <strong data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3501\">once a year<\/strong> on the same day the first charge was made.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3549\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3578\">4. Customer requirements<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3995\">Contracting the service requires the CLIENT to be recognised as a <strong data-start=\"3646\" data-end=\"3674\">business or professional<\/strong> and to be <strong data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3726\">up to date with all legal obligations<\/strong>. Use of these services by persons acting outside their professional activity is expressly prohibited; in all cases, the user must be <strong data-start=\"3860\" data-end=\"3884\">over 18 years of age<\/strong>. MUAY TAX assumes no liability if an individual or minor, in breach of these conditions, misuses the services.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3997\" data-end=\"4175\">The CLIENT must provide <strong data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4045\">truthful information<\/strong>. Data provided will be presumed accurate and that all indicated conditions are met; MUAY TAX assumes no responsibility otherwise.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4177\" data-end=\"4332\">The CLIENT declares and warrants the <strong data-start=\"4214\" data-end=\"4243\">accuracy and truthfulness<\/strong> of the information provided upon registration and is responsible for keeping it updated.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4334\" data-end=\"4719\">The CLIENT declares to be the professional or representative of the entity under whose identity the user profile has been created. If acting on behalf of a third party, the CLIENT declares and warrants being <strong data-start=\"4542\" data-end=\"4556\">authorised<\/strong> to accept these Terms on their behalf and agrees to assume responsibility arising from the use of the application and to <strong data-start=\"4678\" data-end=\"4700\">indemnify MUAY TAX<\/strong> in case of breach.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4721\" data-end=\"4881\">The CLIENT acknowledges having <strong data-start=\"4752\" data-end=\"4781\">sufficient legal capacity<\/strong> to be contractually bound and not being legally incapacitated to carry out the contracted services.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4883\" data-end=\"4886\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4888\" data-end=\"4912\">5. Purchase procedure<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4914\" data-end=\"5088\">All our services are detailed on the website, mainly consisting of <strong data-start=\"4981\" data-end=\"5017\">VAT (or equivalent) registration<\/strong> in one, several or all of the offered countries, with <strong data-start=\"5072\" data-end=\"5087\">maintenance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5090\" data-end=\"5305\">These services are offered <strong data-start=\"5117\" data-end=\"5131\">separately<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"5135\" data-end=\"5146\">bundled<\/strong> in different packs and promotions. They constitute the items available for purchase and will be contracted under the specific conditions established for each.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5307\" data-end=\"5366\">The website guides you through the purchase process. Client rights and obligations<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6944\" data-end=\"7272\">To provide the contracted service, the CLIENT must supply <strong data-start=\"7002\" data-end=\"7019\">truthful data<\/strong> and undertakes to provide <strong data-start=\"7046\" data-end=\"7070\">accurate information<\/strong>. The CLIENT is responsible for <strong data-start=\"7102\" data-end=\"7141\">confirming receipt of notifications<\/strong> and informing us of any changes to their data; MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L. is exempt from any liability arising from failure to do so.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7274\" data-end=\"7442\">The CLIENT is solely responsible for the information provided and, where applicable, hosted in their private area; MUAY TAX is exempt from any liability that may arise.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7444\" data-end=\"7586\">The CLIENT undertakes to use the services <strong data-start=\"7486\" data-end=\"7503\">in good faith<\/strong>, without violating national or international law or infringing third-party rights.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7588\" data-end=\"7934\">It is the CLIENT\u2019s responsibility to ensure that their company and activities comply with the <strong data-start=\"7682\" data-end=\"7711\">strictest applicable laws<\/strong>, nationally, at European and international level, in their place of residence and where they operate. The CLIENT is ultimately responsible for any claim, sanction, fine or legal process directed at their company or person.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7936\" data-end=\"8135\">The CLIENT must use the services contracted via this website <strong data-start=\"7997\" data-end=\"8029\">for entirely lawful purposes<\/strong> and in compliance with the <strong data-start=\"8057\" data-end=\"8076\">tax regulations<\/strong> of their country of residence (or domicile, if different).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8137\" data-end=\"8442\">If MUAY TAX becomes aware that the CLIENT has provided false information, created a fictitious user profile, or offers\/requests services or products that violate the law, morality and good customs, MUAY TAX will <strong data-start=\"8349\" data-end=\"8370\">suspend or cancel<\/strong> the account (without prejudice to legal action and claims for damages).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8444\" data-end=\"8629\">The same applies to content that infringes own or third-party rights (e.g., intellectual\/industrial property, fundamental rights, or any content contrary to law), which will be removed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8631\" data-end=\"8810\">Under no circumstances may the CLIENT hold MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L. liable for consequences arising from their actions or those of their company, nor claim damages or compensation.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8812\" data-end=\"8997\">The CLIENT is expressly prohibited from using information accessed via the website or platform <strong data-start=\"8907\" data-end=\"8935\">for advertising purposes<\/strong> or to send <strong data-start=\"8947\" data-end=\"8981\">unsolicited bulk emails (spam)<\/strong> to other users.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8999\" data-end=\"9276\">The CLIENT is responsible for the <strong data-start=\"9033\" data-end=\"9065\">security and confidentiality<\/strong> of the credentials used to access their private area and must keep them safe to prevent access by unauthorised third parties. The CLIENT must diligently perform all actions required for proper service delivery.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9278\" data-end=\"9421\">If the CLIENT chooses <strong data-start=\"9300\" data-end=\"9323\">monthly contracting<\/strong>, they are <strong data-start=\"9334\" data-end=\"9371\">obliged to a 6-month minimum term<\/strong> and to pay on time and in the appropriate manner.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9423\" data-end=\"9426\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"9428\" data-end=\"9468\">8. Rights and obligations of Muay Tax<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9470\" data-end=\"9612\">MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L. undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the contracted services, applying the <strong data-start=\"9570\" data-end=\"9591\">highest diligence<\/strong> in service delivery.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9614\" data-end=\"9806\">As website owner, MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L. is solely entitled to define its <strong data-start=\"9689\" data-end=\"9705\">terms of use<\/strong>, which are deemed accepted by all users, including when acting on behalf of a third party or entity.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9808\" data-end=\"10090\">MUAY TAX ADVISORS, S.L. reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"9854\" data-end=\"9879\">temporarily interrupt<\/strong> service delivery via the platform when necessary to carry out updates, improvements or technical repairs.
