  • State of New Mexico (USA) — Secretary of State for LLC registration/incorporation.

For the LLC registration with the NM Secretary of State, data may be communicated to a registered agent whose identity will be notified at the time of service contracting. In any case, MUAY TAX LLC reserves the right to provide these services through the US company Corporate Filings LLC. In that case, Corporate Filings LLC will communicate the data to the registered agent, whose identity will, as always, be known after the service is contracted.

Anyone may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the execution of the subscription contract or relationships established prior to withdrawal.
